Medium - So-So

The texture is thick, coverage is buildable, but it wont sit well if you have dry temperamental skin. Make sure to moisturize well if you wanna use this. Its Ok if you have perfect skin coz it sits like 2nd skin on you.

Mid-Medium - mid-medium: i do not like the smell

skin background: medium olive skin, Honey or Beige at Benefit's Hello Flawless, NC30 at MAC. For months I have been using Big Easy - Beige from Benefit. I only have the eyeshadow palettes from TheBalm. This is the first time I tried their foundation-Time Balm. I like everything matte, although Time Balm is light on the face and only needs small amount to cover face area; it is not that matte finish and the smell irks me. The smell is kinda of like crayon with coconut oil but goes away after some time. Big Easy of Benefit is more matte and soft to the touch; but it has heavier formula than Time Balm. With Time Balm, you can feel the creaminess while Big Easy is velvety feel. But both do not give me any break outs.

Medium - Combination skin/ arabian gulf lady

For me this shade is good for a natural contouring for a day or night look. Little hard to blend but u can make it work on top of a good primer as a velvety high coverage foundation. Highly recommended!!

Light/Medium - Combination skin/ arabian gulf lady

Light high coverage foundation I really like it. I would give it five stars if it was easier to blend but i think it's a matter of all cream foundations. It should be used with a good primer underneath but it looks velvety from within.

Light/Medium - Great coverage!

Read so much good reviews about this foundation and decided to give it a good since I'm sick and tired of all my cc cream or foundations having crappy coverage close to none. Almost because I am growing to be a fan of The Balm products especially their instains. The coverage for this foundation is amazing!!!! I have some marks on my cheeks left for me as a parting gift when my great friends, pimples and acne came to visit. And this foundation alone manages to cover up a good 95% of the marks! I use my beauty blender for application instead of the sponge that they provide. Good buy! Also, this shade matches my skin tone so well. I don't look like some China doll with the white face which I'm sure most of us are guilty of.

Light - nice, light foundation

At first I thought this foundation was going to be way to dark for my fair skin tone, however, this was not the case (YAY!). Excited to try out such a renowned brand I am very pleased with it. It is light in coverage and easy to apply with sponge provided or beauty blender. Downside is that there is no separate compartment or divider to protect the foundation from sponge. Oily skin types may also find this leaving you looking greasy.

Medium/Dark - hard to sheer out

I have used it on and off over the past months. It's a thick, medium to full coverage cream compact that I feel don't work well in Singapore humid weather.  Takes a lot of work to warm it up and even when you sheer out the cream foundation with a Beauty Blender, you can still end up with cakiness.  Update: Hmmm. My sister's MUA seems to love it but she uses it to spot conceal.

Light/Medium - So-so

Light-medium was the perfect shade for my olive skin, luckily. It will look a bit light but with the appropriate bronzing and contouring it'll be good. You only need very little directly on a big blending brush to cover your whole face. However under certain lights you can notice how dry your skin looks. May be it does dry the skin out a bit. (This is after 3 days of use). Haven't really tried it with much moisturiser yet. Hopefully I don't need too much in order for this foundation to look good in all lights, and also hopefully my skin will adapt to it. Other than that, it feels good. Nice and light.

Light/Medium - theBalm foundation

Loving all theBalm products that I have tried so far. The foundation is something I use often and you don't really need to apply much to get a good coverage. Gives you a nice finish and I cant wait till the rest of the products are available again because I really want the concealer! would recommend this product!

Light - Full coverage

This foundation provides a medium to full coverage. You can sheer the foundation to give a light coverage but I find that it gives a nice satin matte look on heavier coverage. Make sure your moisturise your face beforehand as this can accentuate dry spots. Overall I would recommend this foundation if you need extra coverage.
